Residents with Responsive Behaviours. When the Employer has reason to believe that upon admission or transfer a resident has a history of violent or abusive behavior, staff shall have access to up to date and relevant information and the Employer shall ensure protective measures are taken as soon as practical. In-service and/or instruction in caring for the aggressive or violent behavior will be provided by the Employer. The Employer will review the curriculum with the Occupational Health and Safety Committee. The Employer shall make every reasonable effort to ensure that sufficient staff are present when any treatment or care is provided to such residents.
