Residue Gas Volumes. COPANO shall use reasonable commercial efforts each day to deliver Residue Gas attributable to KMTP Gas in the same day as such Gas was delivered to the Plant. Any imbalances in deliveries of Residue Gas shall be cashed out each month in the same manner specified for PTR Make-Up Gas in Section 10.2 below.
