Common use of Residue Gas Clause in Contracts

Residue Gas. Company shall pay to Supplier the Proceeds attributable to the sale of (**)% of Supplier’s allocated share of Residue Gas (“Supplier’s Residue Gas Percentage”). Should Supplier elect to exercise its option for a Renewal Term, as provided for in Section 4 below, during the Renewal Term such Supplier’s Residue Gas Percentage shall be (**) percent (**)%.

Residue Gas. Company shall pay deliver to Supplier Supplier, in-kind at the Proceeds attributable to the sale of Plant tailgate, (**)% of Supplier’s allocated share of Residue Gas (“Supplier’s Residue Gas Percentage”). Should Supplier elect to exercise its option for a Renewal Term, as provided for in Section 4 below, during the Renewal Term such Supplier’s Residue Gas Percentage shall be (**) percent (**)%.
