Resignation and Termination. 26.10 Employees who are terminating from District employment shall submit to the Human Resources Office fifteen (15) calendar days written notice of resignation, unless otherwise mutually agreed, stating the last day of employment. A copy of the notice shall be provided to the immediate supervisor. Failure to give said notice of resignation may result in forfeiture of vacation leave.
