Common use of Resignation as Officer Clause in Contracts

Resignation as Officer. Executive hereby resigns, as of the Date of Transition, from all positions as an officer and/or director position (if any) of the Company and its affiliated entities. Executive shall remain an employee of the Company in a transition services position pursuant to the terms set forth in Paragraph 2.

Resignation as Officer. Executive hereby resigns, as of the Date of Transition, from all positions as an officer and/or director position (if any) of the Company and its affiliated entities. Executive shall remain an employee of the Company in a transition services and senior advisor position pursuant to the terms set forth in Paragraph 2.

Resignation as Officer. The Executive hereby resignsresigns from any and all officerships, directorships, committee memberships and all other elected or appointed positions, of any nature, that the Executive holds with the Company or any of its subsidiaries or affiliated companies, effective as of the Date close of Transitionbusiness on October 15, from all positions as an officer and/or director position 2011 (if any) of the “Separation Date”), and the Company and its affiliated entities. Executive shall remain an employee of the Company in a transition services position pursuant to the terms set forth in Paragraph 2hereby accepts that resignation.

Resignation as Officer. On the Transition Date, Executive hereby resigns, as of the Date of Transition, will be deemed to have resigned voluntarily from all offices and other positions as an officer and/or director position (if any) of held by him with the Company and or any of its affiliated entities. Executive shall remain an employee of subsidiaries, without any further required action by Executive; provided, however, that, if the Company in a transition services position pursuant requests, Executive will execute any documents necessary to the terms set forth in Paragraph 2reflect such resignations.
