Common use of Resignation by Employee Clause in Contracts

Resignation by Employee. The Employee may terminate his employment by giving the Company thirty (30) days' advance notice in writing.

The Employee may terminate his this Agreement and Employee’s employment hereunder for any reason at any time by giving the Company thirty providing Employer with (30) days' advance notice in writing’ prior written notice. In the event Employee voluntarily resigns from employment with Employer other than pursuant to Section 2.D as a result of the Company’s material breach, Employee will receive the Termination Entitlements.
