Common use of Resignation by Employee Clause in Contracts

Resignation by Employee. Executive may terminate Executive's employment at ----------------------- any time by resigning upon two weeks' notice to the Company. The Executive shall be paid Executive's Base Salary through the end of the two-week notice period or the effective date of his resignation, whichever is earlier. The Executive will not be entitled to any bonuses or incentive which are not earned and payable at the time of Executive's resignation.

Resignation by Employee. Should Executive may terminate Executive's resign his employment at ----------------------- for any time by resigning upon two weeks' notice reason prior to the Company. The completion of a sale of the Project, Executive shall be paid immediately forfeit any rights related to Section 2(c). Further, Executive agrees to provide the Employer with at least thirty (30) days’ notice of his intention to resign Executive's Base Salary through ’s employment with Employer. During the end of thirty day notice period, Executive will continue to receive his full salary and benefits under this Agreement. Employer, in its sole discretion, may elect to place Executive on leave during the two-week notice thirty day period or the effective date of terminate his resignation, whichever is earlier. The Executive will not be entitled to any bonuses or incentive which are not earned and payable at the time of Executive's resignationemployment.
