Common use of Resignation by Employee Clause in Contracts

Resignation by Employee. Employee may voluntarily resign Employee’s position with Company, at any time on thirty (30) days’ advance written notice. In the event of Employee’s resignation, Employee will be entitled to receive only Employee’s Base Salary and Accrued Benefits through the date of Employee’s termination. All other Company obligations to Employee pursuant to this Agreement will become automatically terminated and completely extinguished.

Resignation by Employee. Employee may voluntarily resign terminate this Agreement and Employee’s position with Company, employment hereunder for any reason at any time on thirty by providing Employer with (30) days’ advance prior written notice. In the event Employee voluntarily resigns from employment with Employer other than pursuant to Section 2.D as a result of Employeethe Company’s resignationmaterial breach, Employee will be entitled to receive only Employee’s Base Salary and Accrued Benefits through the date of Employee’s termination. All other Company obligations to Employee pursuant to this Agreement will become automatically terminated and completely extinguishedTermination Entitlements.

In the event of Employee’s resignationany such termination, the Employee will only be entitled to receive only the Accrued Obligations. The Employee shall continue to be fully bound by his continuing obligations in this Agreement including, but not limited to, all of the Employee’s Base Salary and Accrued Benefits through the date of Employee’s termination. All other Company obligations to Employee pursuant to this Agreement will become automatically terminated and completely extinguishedcovenants in Article 3 herein.
