Resignation of Member. A member may resign, retire or withdraw from the Company at any time by giving ninety (90) days advance written notice to the remaining members. The right of a resigning, retiring or withdrawing member to compensation for the member’s ownership interest in the Company will be governed by the provisions of Article 8 of this Agreement. The resignation, retirement or withdrawal of a member will terminate the member’s membership and voting rights in the Company as of the date of the resignation, retirement or withdrawal.
