Resignation or Withdrawal of a Member. (a) No Member shall resign from membership in the Company or withdraw their interest in the capital of the Company, except (i) in connection with the dissolution of the Company pursuant to the provisions of Article VIII, or (ii) with the prior written consent of all of the other Members.
