Written Assignment. The Board agrees to honour a written assignment of all dues and assessments and will forward all moneys so deducted to the Treasurer of the Union. The Union agrees to supply the Board with a letter stating that the assessment was duly authorized at a general meeting with the date of the meeting indicated.
Written Assignment. A duly executed and acknowledged written instrument of assignment shall have been filed with the Company, which instrument shall specify the number of Units in the Company being assigned, and which instrument sets forth the intention of the assignor that the Assignee succeed to the assignor’s Units as a Substituted Member in such assignor’s place;
Written Assignment. A duly executed and acknowledged written instrument of assignment shall have been filed with the Partnership, which instrument shall set forth the name of the assignor; the name, address and social security or identification number of the Assignee; the details of the assignment; the number of Units being assigned and the intention of the assignor that the Assignee become a Substituted Limited Partner in the assignor's place and stead to the extent of the assigned Units. 9.5.1.2
Written Assignment. During the term of this Agreement, the Hospital will deduct Association membership dues, service fees, or charitable donations from the salary of each Nurse who submits an appropriate written authorization. Once signed, the authorization cannot be canceled for a period of one (1) year from the date appearing on such written assignment or the termination date of this Agreement, whichever occurs first, and provided further, that it cannot be canceled during the fifteen (15) day period prior to such termination date.
Written Assignment. Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, both the Partnership and the General Partners shall be entitled to treat the assignor of a Partnership Interest as the absolute owner thereof in all respects, and shall incur no liability for distributions made in good faith to such assignor, until such time as a written assignment that conforms to the requirements of this Section 13.02 has been received by the Partnership and accepted by the Managing General Partners. (e) Assignee not Substituted Limited Partner. A Person who is the assignee of all or any fraction of the Partnership Interest of a Limited Partner, but does not become a Substituted Limited Partner and desires to make a further assignment of such Partnership Interest, shall be subject to all the provisions of this Article 13 to the same extent and in the same manner as any Limited Partner desiring to make an assignment of such Limited Partner's Partnership Interest.
Written Assignment. The assignor and assignee shall have executed and acknowledged a written instrument of assignment, together with such other instruments as the Manager may deem necessary or desirable to effect the admission of the assignee as a Member.
Written Assignment. Any such transfer shall be by a written instrument of assignment, the terms of which arc not in contravention of any of the provisions of this Agreement, and which has been duly executed by the Owner and accepted by the General Partner in writing. Upon such acceptance, such Assignee shall take subject to all terms of this Agreement and shall become an Assignee.
Written Assignment. As part of the selection process, the Department is requiring all firms interested in responding to this solicitation complete a written assignment to submit along with your proposal. Please develop an anticipated schedule to complete the: • Initial field evaluation; • Map and report showing curb ramp and/or pedestrian access route compliance; • Identification of standard detail construction vs. detailed design construction; and • Design plans This schedule will be used as a selection rating criterial. Typical Location – DelDOT will provide a road segment location for evaluation. Design Support / ADA Curb Ramp and Pedestrian Access Route Evaluation Criteria – A project location can include: • Existing condition field evaluation; • A map and report showing location and compliance of curb ramps and/or pedestrian access route; • Coordination with DART for bus stop facilities; • Signalized intersection identification; • Determination which pedestrian features can be reconstructed using standard details and which need specific design; • Engineering plans with sufficient detail ensuring constructability of standard detail pedestrian features. Plans must be signed by design engineer; • Design plans when a standard detail pedestrian feature will not work. Plans must be signed by design engineer; • Signing and striping plans with DelDOT Traffic coordination and approval; and • When needed, signal plans with DelDOT Traffic coordination and approval.
Written Assignment. If this Agreement is transferred to the transferee of the Home, pursuant to (ii) above, the Homeowner, the transferee and the Company shall execute a written assignment of this Agreement. Until the transferee has executed the assignment of this Agreement, the Homeowner shall remain responsible for performing under this Agreement. If Homeowner (or the transferee) chooses to buy the PV System, it will pay all applicable sales, transfer taxes or personal property taxes in addition to the purchase price calculated pursuant to Exhibit IV (unless specifically included in the price). EXCEPT IN CONNECTION WITH A SALE OF THE PREMISES, DURING THE TERM OF THIS AGREEMENT, HOMEOWNER WILL NOT ASSIGN, SELL, PLEDGE OR IN ANY OTHER WAY TRANSFER ITS INTEREST IN THIS AGREEMENT WITHOUT THE COMPANY'S PRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT.
Written Assignment. The written submission should not be more than four (4) double-sided pages, single spaced, in at least 11 font, on 8 ½ X 11 paper. The submission should meet Written Submission instruction as stated in this Request for Qualifications. No promotional materials or brochures to be included as part of the Expression of Interest package. The Department is not liable for any cost incurred by the consultant in the preparation or presentation of the Statement of Qualifications. Any individual, business, organization, corporation, consortium, partnership, joint venture, or any other entity including subconsultants currently debarred or suspended is ineligible to participate as a candidate for this process. Any entity ineligible to conduct business in the State of Delaware for any reason is ineligible to respond to the RFQ.
