RESIGNATION/TERMINATION. 38.01 An Employee shall make every reasonable effort to provide to the Employer twenty-eight (28) calendar days’ notice. This notice period may be waived for reasons that are acceptable to the Employer. Such waiver shall not be unreasonably denied. 38.02 If the required notice of termination is given, an employee who voluntarily leaves the employ of the Employer shall receive the wages and vacation pay to which they are entitled within three (3) days of the day on which they terminate their employment.
