Resignations and Terminations. (a) An employee who wishes to resign will submit her resignation thirty (30) days prior to the effective date of resignation. (b) On termination, the Employer shall give the following notice: i) Four (4) weeks if the nurse's employment is less than four (4) years. ii) As per the Employment Standards Act if the nurse's employment is four (4) years or more.
