Common use of Resolution of Technical Problems Clause in Contracts

Resolution of Technical Problems. Registrar agrees to employ necessary employees, contractors, or agents with sufficient technical training and experience to respond to and fix all technical problems concerning the use of the Protocol in conjunction with Registrar's systems as related to the access to and use of the Registry System. Registrar agrees that in the event of significant degradation of the Registry System or other emergency, Registry may, in its sole discretion, suspend Registrar’s access to the Registry System.
