Performance Specifications. The Network Service Provider shall be solely and uniquely responsible for the satisfactory performance of the tasks described in this contract and its Incorporated Documents and Exhibits. By execution of this contract, the Network Service Provider recognizes its singular responsibility for the tasks, activities, and deliverables described herein and warrants that it fully understands all relevant factors affecting accomplishment of the tasks, activities, and deliverables and agrees to be fully accountable for the performance thereof whether performed by the Network Service Provider or its subcontractor(s), as applicable.

Performance Specifications. A. The Department shall not exercise control over Contractor by overseeing the actual work or instructing Contractor as to how the work will be performed; however the Department reserves the right to evaluate the quality of Contractor’s work as an interpreter in whatever manner deemed best by the Department. B. Contractor shall perform the services in accordance with the specifications contained in the “Colorado Judicial Department Code of Professional Responsibility for Interpreters” (Exhibit B) and “Chief Justice Directive 06-03, Amended May 2016,” attached hereto as Exhibit C.

Performance Specifications. All performance specifications will be strictly adhered to in order to provide the highest level of service possible. City reserves the right to monitor Contractor in its performance of the contract to ensure all performance specifications are attained. To receive full compensation, Contractor is required to meet or exceed the following standards of performance on a monthly basis: All personnel are responsible for knowledge of the service. Project personnel must maintain a courteous attitude, answering to the best of their ability, any questions from the public regarding the provision of the service. Customer service training must include a focus on positive customer relations. Personnel must report customer complaints and/or operational problems to the Contractor’s Project Manager who will be responsible for informing the City. Drivers must accurately and completely submit the required operating reports each day.
Performance Specifications. By execution of this Subcontract, Network Provider hereby acknowledges and agrees that its performance under this Subcontract must meet the measures set forth below. Pursuant to section 409.996(1)(b), F.S., ChildNet will provide for graduated penalties, enhanced monitoring, and reporting, corrective action plans, and early termination of contracts or other appropriate action to ensure contract compliance. The financial penalties shall require ChildNet to reallocated funds from administrative costs to direct care of children.
Performance Specifications. The Xxxxxx shall immediately respond to all requests by SSA Orangewood Children & Family Center Facilities personnel for immediate health and safety hazards, the Xxxxxx shall take immediate action, with or without direction from the SSA Orangewood Children & Family Center Facilities Manager or other staff. When appropriate, Xxxxxx shall take necessary actions to prevent further damage or limit hazard, until repair personnel arrive, such as turning off water, power etc. Additionally, the Xxxxxx shall: a. Regularly (minimum 3-times per shift or as needed) inspect and service all restrooms to insure that the floors and walls remain clean and free from debris and to insure that all dispensers are full. b. Inspect and clean all public hallways, corridors, entrances and exits to remove any and all accumulations or dirt and /or debris and to clean any spills. The Xxxxxx shall clean all ashtrays/sand urns and shall empty all trashcans that are near full during each shift. c. Perform minor repairs when asked or when necessary. Xxxxxx shall inform the SSA Orangewood Children & Family Center Facilities Manager of repair needs that are not minor or require expert skills or special tools. d. Report any building or equipment deficiencies to SSA Orangewood Children & Family Center Facilities Manager. The Xxxxxx shall give a full description of the required work, its location and any additional information that will aid in the prompt and economical repair of said deficiency. Xxxxxx shall post signs or barricades to restrict access and inform clients/personnel of hazards as appropriate. e. Move furniture, boxes, supplies, etc. as required, up to 50 pounds in weight.
Performance Specifications. Contractor represents and warrants that all Services performed by Contractor shall be based upon the performance specifications of individual equipment as published by the equipment manufacturer or as otherwise indicated in this Master Contract or Purchaser’s ordering document.

Performance Specifications. Registry Operator shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide Registry Services for the Registry TLD. The Performance Specifications defined below establish the basis for the Service Level Exception Credits ("SLE Credits") provided for in Appendix 10 to this Registry Agreement.

Performance Specifications. By execution of this Contract, the Lead Agency hereby acknowledges and agrees that its performance under this Contract must meet the measures set forth below. Per s. 402.73, F.S., and s. 409.996(1)(d), F.S., the Department will provide for graduated penalties for failure to comply with contract terms. Such penalties may include enhanced monitoring and reporting, imposition of corrective action plans, technical assistance and consultation from the Department, imposition of financial penalties, or early termination of contracts. The financial penalties shall require the Lead Agency to reallocate funds from administrative costs to direct care for children. 2.1. The Lead Agency shall be required to meet performance measures listed below whether services are performed directly or performed by a subcontractor. The Lead Agency shall demonstrate progress throughout the state fiscal year and will be required to be functioning in compliance with each performance measure. Nothing in this section shall be interpreted to mean the measures below are the only measures for which the Lead Agency shall be responsible. The Department reserves the right to modify or add any performance measures which are required by federal and state funding sources to comply with federal and state requirements. Any modifications or additions will only be accomplished through formal amendment to this Contract. 2.1.1. If the Lead Agency fails to meet the following measures, the Department, may allow up to six months for the Lead Agency to achieve compliance with the measures. The determination of the extenuating or mitigating circumstances is the exclusive determination of the Department. If the Lead Agency can validate that the performance measures were not met due to extenuating circumstances outside of the Lead Agency's control, then the deficiency will not be adversely factored into the numerical level of achievement for such performance measure(s). 2.1.2. The Lead Agency shall continuously monitor FSFN data to ensure accurate input. Quarterly, the Department shall provide the Lead Agency FSFN data so that the Lead Agency, in turn, is able to disclose to the Department any inputted FSFN errors of which the Lead Agency is aware. The Lead Agency is to provide these inputted FSFN errors, along with valid supporting documentation, no later than fifteen (15) business days after receipt of the aforementioned FSFN data from the Department.
