Resource Management. 8.2.1 The Service Provider must develop a Resource Plan for Health’s Acceptance, addressing at a minimum the requirements set out in Schedule 6 – Implementation and Transition Requirements. 8.2.2 The Service Provider must finalise the Resource Plan within [20] Business Days after the Commencement Date. 8.2.3 Once the Resource Plan is Accepted by Health, the Service Provider must comply with and maintain the Resource Management Plan (including any updates or amendments approved by Health).
