Resources and Support. 8.1 Secretarial Support. Company will employ an experienced secretary selected by Company, and acceptable to Employee, and will assign such secretary to provide secretarial support to Employee (alone or in a sharing arrangement with another executive officer of Company) during the term of this Agreement.
Resources and Support. Provider shall, throughout the Term, make available such resources, including Provider personnel, as are reasonably required to: (a) train designated employee(s) of the State in the use of the Application; (b) support the obligations of the State provided in Section 4; (c) develop modifications to the Application as agreed to by the Parties in any Exhibit hereto; and (d) otherwise support the Application as provided under this Agreement and any Attachments or Exhibits hereto. In addition, Provider shall provide the State with the name and contact information for key programmers who are familiar with the Source Code for the Application, and shall make such programmers available for transition purposes if the State terminates this Agreement for cause.

Parent has prepared in good faith an estimated, non-binding timeline for commercialization of the first Product attached hereto as Exhibit A but neither Parent nor the Acquired Corporation make any representations, warranties or covenants regarding the accuracy of such timeline and each Seller acknowledges and agrees that such timeline is subject to significant uncertainties and that commercialization could take significantly longer than presented in such timeline or may not occur at all.

Xxxxxx students, like other students, have access to general University services including library, career development and employment, student learning support, Wellington University International, Māori student services, disability support, accommodation services, student health, counselling, child-care, financial support and the recreation centre, and students should be informed of these during the induction process (see paragraph 2). B. The home institution will supply standard office consumables for research purposes, including pens, paper, notebooks, scissors and staplers. Institutions will advise students of any limitations regarding consumables. C. The home institution will provide printing and photocopying for research purposes. Institutions will advise students of any limitations regarding these services. D. Any use of a University phone for toll calls must be arranged through the home institution. F. It is vital that the University is able to contact the student through email. The University will email students via their preferred email address (as specified by the student in Student Records) and/or via their @xxx.xx.xx email address. Students are responsible for ensuring that they monitor their preferred email address and for keeping it up to date in Student Records. If students do not monitor their @xxx.xx.xx email address, they must ensure that their @xxx.xx.xx email address forwards email to an account that they do monitor.
