Resources supplied by Contractor. (a) obtain the HSP' consent prior to utilising his or her own resources (limited to consumables and equipment only) in the provision of Medical Services and must only utilise his or her own resources in accordance with all Laws and Hospital Policies at all times. (b) The Subcontractor warrants that any of the Subcontractor's consumables or equipment utilised by the Subcontractor are in safe and proper working order and suitable for the purpose, that all appropriate quality standards and infection controls are documented and complied with, and all equipment is adequately and appropriately insured.
