Resourcing/ Facilities Clause Samples

The Resourcing/Facilities clause defines the responsibilities of each party regarding the provision of personnel, equipment, and physical or virtual resources necessary to fulfill contractual obligations. Typically, it specifies which party must supply staff, office space, technology, or other facilities required for the project or service delivery, and may outline standards or conditions for their use. This clause ensures that all necessary resources are available and clearly allocated, preventing misunderstandings and delays due to resource shortages or mismanagement.
