Access to Agreement. 10.1.1 This Agreement together with any relevant legislation and codes of practice shall be made readily available to all Employees.
Access to Agreement. This Collective Agreement will be made available to all employees who are covered by this Collective Agreement.

Any person, other than a representative of a Gov- ernment agency, may have access to an agreement kept separate under para- graph (c) of this section only upon peti- tion and on a showing of good cause.
