Response to Request for Review Hearing. Within five (5) business days of receipt of the request for review hearing, the Coalition must respond to the provider in writing, return receipt requested. The notice must include at least three (3) proposed dates and times for the review hearing which must be within forty-five (45) days of the date of receipt of the request for review hearing.
