Compensation and Funding. A. Since the permanent classroom teachers on the Joint Teacher–Administrator Review Panel will be required to perform duties related to their assignment on the Joint Teacher- Administrator Review Panel outside of and during the regular work day, each shall receive an annual stipend of $1,000. This stipend shall be decreased by an amount proportional to any decrease in State funding designated for the PAR Program received during the school year, and in proportion to the number of months the member is in a duty status and available to serve on the Panel during the school year.
Compensation and Funding. Local Agencies shall the annual costs of the hazardous materials response team by paying to District that sum established in District's annual HazMat team budget. Each member of the Local Agencies shall contribute to the annual budgeted cost that amount determined by applying population proportionate multiplier, established by comparing that member's population to the total population of Local Agencies, as determined by the 2000 census. However the contribution made by the University of California and California State Department of Parks shall be a specified sum which shall reduce the base amount to which the proportionate multiplier shall apply for the remaining Local Agencies. For purposes of the first year 2001-2002 of this agreement, the following multipliers and fixed sums shall apply: County of Santa Xxxx (unincorporated) 0.640 City of Xxxxx Xxxx 0.259 City of Capitola 0.047 City of Scotts Valley 0.054 University of California, Santa Xxxx $3000.00 California State Department of Parks $3000.00 Each member of the Local Agencies shall pay its respective contribution for the cost of operating the HazMat Team, as set forth in the annual budget, to District. Payment shall be made by September of the year for which the budget pertains. It is acknowledged that the Santa Xxxx County Auditor-Controller acts as the fiscal officer for the District and shall carry out all necessary audits. For each subsequent year under this agreement, the parties shall adjust amongst themselves, its costs and attorney’s fees incurred in obtaining a recovery a responsible party out of the recovery after any reimbursement to District,
Compensation and Funding. 32. Accept the reimbursement rate established and approved by the Coalition. The Provider is paid based on budget availability, the Provider’s current rates, family eligibility, and the reimbursement rate established and approved by the Coalition. Rates may differ for individual children. The Provider is required to provide information concerning its published private child care rates and report any changes in their Gold Seal status. The total payment received by the Provider for a child whose care is funded by SR, including any Gold Seal differential, Coalition-approved parent fees, and subsidy shall not exceed the private rate charged by the Provider for a private pay child.

The undertakings set forth in this MOU constitute the entire and only consideration for this MOU. This MOU comprises the entire agreement of the Parties and supersedes and cancels all previous negotiations and agreements in connection with the subject-matter of this MOU. Each party disclaims reliance upon any representation not set forth herein.
