Common use of Responsibilities of CLEC Clause in Contracts

Responsibilities of CLEC. 20.1 CLEC is solely responsible for the payment of all charges for all services furnished under this Agreement, including but not limited to, calls originated or accepted at CLEC’s location and its End Users’ service locations; provided, however, CLEC shall not be responsible for payment of charges for any retail services furnished by SBC-13STATE directly to End Users and billed by SBC-13STATE directly to End Users.
