Responsibilities of Licensee/Liability. Licensee shall keep the Property clean and sanitary, and shall properly dispose of all rubbish and unconsumed food or beverages each day. Licensee shall be responsible and liable to the Library for any damage to the Property and the Facility or its contents, and for any injuries to persons (including death) and property resulting from the acts or omissions of the Licensee and/or the participants in the event, and shall indemnify and hold the Library, its officers and employees, harmless for any third party liability, damages, costs, losses, or expenses arising therefrom. This indemnification provision shall survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement.
