Responsibilities of the Contractor. The Contractor shall provide all technical and professional expertise, knowledge, management, and other resources required for accomplishing all aspects of the tasks and associated activities identified in the Scope of Work. In the event that the need arises for the Contractor to perform services beyond those stated in the Scope of Work, the Contractor and the City shall negotiate mutually agreeable terms and compensation for completing the additional services.
Responsibilities of the Contractor. 3.01 The Contractor will maintain a security program consistent with federal and state laws, regulations, and standards (including the CJIS Security Policy in effect when the contract is executed and all subsequent versions), as well as with policies and standards established by the Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Advisory Policy Board (APB).

Attendance information will be input to the Student Information System by Devereux staff. The Contractor shall provide a monthly attendance record to the School Board. This attendance record shall accompany the monthly voucher. In addition, the Contractor shall submit progress and evaluation reports on each student to the School Board. These progress and evaluation reports shall not be less than quarterly. The form of the report and the specific frequency for the same shall be prescribed by the School Board in writing to the Contractor. Grade entries will be input to the Student Information System by Devereux staff. A summary evaluation of each student’s progress shall be submitted to the School Board by the Contractor prior to the renewal of the Agreement, if renewed. Quarterly treatment team reports may meet this requirement.
B. Any meetings to review and revise each student’s Individual Educational Plan may be initiated and conducted by the Contractor at the discretion of the School Board and/or Contractor. If the Contractor initiates and conducts these meetings, the parents and a School Board representative shall be involved in any decision about the student’s Individual Educational Plan and the School Board shall agree to any proposed changes in the program prior to those changes being implemented. A meeting shall be held at least once a year to review each exceptional student’s Individual Educational Plan and, as appropriate, revise its provisions.
C. The Contractor shall provide a highly structured academic and affective curriculum, which includes but is not limited to art, music, physical education and vocational education, which are specifically designed for exceptional students.
D. The Contractor shall provide adequate adult to student ratios in order to appropriately implement the goals and objectives of their students’ IEP
E. The Contracting School shall establish provisions for reporting to appropriate representatives of the School Board any non-attendance of students.
F. The Contractor shall provide for appropriate representatives of the School Board to review the program provided by the facility and to confer with the staff of the facility at reasonable times.

6.1. The Contractor shall undertake all work under the contract in accordance with the Working Procedures at Annex C and meet or exceed the Key Performance Indicators detailed at Annex D.
6.2. In addition to the Working Procedures at Annex C the Contractor shall:

9.2 No debris shall be allowed to accumulate or be stored on Owners’ property or private property at any time without proper authorization from the Owners.
9.2.1 Under no circumstances shall the accumulation of brush, limbs, or other debris be allowed on a public right-of-way in such a manner as to result in a hazard or sight obstruction to the public.
9.3 The Contractor is legally responsible for damage to public and/or private property while performing the tree services outlined in these specifications.
9.4 Any damage to Owners’ and/or private property shall be reported to the Owners’ Designee who is overseeing that respective project.
9.5 Contractor shall erect proper barricades, signs and warning devices as necessary for sidewalk, street and/or traffic lane closure/control when doing tree work for the Owners.
9.6 Specifications for traffic control shall be followed as described in the City of Lincoln’s Traffic Control Guidelines for Street Construction, Maintenance and Utility Operations & the current revision of the MUTCD (Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices).

9.6.2 Contractor shall provide required number of traffic cones at own cost.

9.7 The Owners shall have the right to require the Contractor to redo any tree work that is not done satisfactorily and in accordance with the specifications and/or standards stated herein.
9.8 Such work needing to be redone shall be performed promptly and at no additional cost to the Owners, either during or after the expiration of the resulting agreement.

Responsibilities of the Contractor. (a) The Contractor shall be responsible to supply adequate and sufficient number of trucks for transportation of food grains and carrying out any other services under the Contract in accordance with the instructions issued by the Dy. General Manager (Region) or an officer acting on his behalf.
(i) The Contractor shall endeavor to provide Heavy Commercial Vehicles for transportation and FCI will also give priority to such vehicles wherever loading and unloading facilities, weigh Bridge etc. are available and are compatible to undertake such operations in the Depot.
(b) The Contractor shall transport by trucks to be arranged by him such number of bags of foodgrains etc; as may be required from day to day by the Dy. General Manager (Region) or an Officer acting on his behalf. The Contractor shall take care not to mix bags of different kind of foodgrains, bags containing different qualities of the same foodgrains, and bags containing wet/damaged grains, sweepings etc; with bags of sound grains.
(c) The Contractor shall obtain daily from the Area Manager or any officer acting on his behalf the programme of loading for the next date/day and shall provide adequate number of lorries/trucks in good condition in accordance with this programme and shall ensure that the lorries, trucks etc. are positioned at the different loading points as indicated by the Area Manager or any officer acting on his behalf, daily at the time specified.
(d) In special cases the Contractor may also be required at short notice to arrange to transport bags of foodgrain, sugar etc. and shall bound to comply with such requests.
(e) The quantity mentioned in any programme given by the Area Manager or any other officer acting on his behalf may be altered and the Contractor shall be bound to supply lorries/trucks required for the quantity shown in the programme. He shall not be entitled to any compensation whatsoever for not entrusting him with the quantity of work specified in any programme issued to him.
(f) The Contractor shall be responsible for the safety of the goods from the time they are loaded on their truck from godowns /mandis/ rail heads until they have been unloaded from the trucks at godowns or at other destinations as specified in the Contract or as directed by the Dy. General Manager/Area Manager or any other officer acting on his behalf. B. The Contractor shall maintain narrative progress and evaluation reports on each Student at established nine (9) week grading periods. These reports will be placed in Student’s audit file to be reviewed by School Board personnel. The form of the report shall be prescribed jointly by the School Board and the Contractor. A summary evaluation of each Student’s progress shall be placed in Student’s file by the Contractor prior to the annual review of the Agreement.
