Responsibilities of Members. Members shall work in compliance with the provisions of the Act and in compliance with the standards, rules, regulations, policies or procedures specified by the Employer (see Clause 2.2). They shall also insist that all persons under their supervision follow the same standards, rules, regulations, policies or procedures, and shall notify the Employer of any non-compliance.
