Member’s Responsibilities. If any Bargaining Unit member(s) is found in violation of section 16.1 such action shall render this entire agreement and the University’s responsibilities under it, null and void with respect to those Bargaining Unit members found in violation.

Member’s Responsibilities. A member must report each service connected injury to his or her immediate supervisor within twenty-four (24) hours of such injury, provided that the member is not incapacitated from making such a report. In the absence of the member's immediate supervisor, the injury may be reported to any on-duty supervisor. The member must complete and submit to the Director of Human Resources an Injury/Accident Report. In addition, the member must pursue a claim for workers' compensation benefits. Should the City require the member to be examined by a qualified physician, other than the member’s own personal physician, for purposes of determining whether injury leave is warranted or, if approved, whether injury leave should be continued, the member shall cooperate by submitting to such an examination and by authorizing the release of appropriate medical reports to the City.

Provide access to employees (within their normal workday) as needed to support the Member’s management of its safety program. LCSC staff will work with employees to accommodate schedules; d. The only times these devices can be used is during recognized break and lunch times. No work-related pictures that are unauthorized can be taken and posted on social media. The abuse or misuse of these devices shall be cause for disciplinary measures. 4.8.1.9 Members shall meet their responsibility to bring to the jobsite, for every work shift assigned, the Tools of the Trade as identified in Attachment 1 of this Agreement. 4.8.1.10 Members shall meet their responsibility to utilize proper safety equipment and methods. 4.8.1.11 Smoking shall be limited to designated areas and confined to break and lunch times. 4.8.1.12 In order to meet proper safety guidelines for respiratory protection, all members shall be clean shaven with no facial ▇▇▇▇▇ that is out of compliance with federal OSHA standards.
Member’s Responsibilities. Representatives to the WEDMCN should have decision making powers vested in them by their organisations of origin. • Individual members of the Network remain accountable to their employing organisation, professional bodies and representative organisations, where appropriate. • Members of the WEDMCN have a responsibility to make decisions in the interests of the Welsh population as a whole and to endorse any such decisions on behalf of their employing organisation, professional body and representative organisation. • The WEDMCN is the body that will plan and monitor the activities of the Welsh Specialist Tier 3 Eating Disorders Service in line with the agreed Performance Framework and offer advice to partner organisations regarding planning, commissioning and delivery of eating disorder services for the South Wales Population. • Each member of the WEDMCN is responsible for implementation and operational management of Network’s agreed plans for their own organisation.
Member’s Responsibilities. Each Member of the Alliance has responsibilities to its fellow Members, and to the Alliance as a whole. Members will in all ways cooperate with and assist the Alliance, and any insurer providing coverage to the Alliance, in all matters relating to this Agreement, and will comply with all Bylaws, rules, regulations, and policies adopted by the Board. Each Member further agrees to:  Appoint a representative to the Alliance as provided in the Bylaws.  Comply with recommendations of the Alliance concerning the development and implementation of a loss control program.  Undertake efforts to mitigate losses, including the prompt reporting of claims or potential claims to the Alliance, and to fully cooperate with the Alliance and any insurer providing coverage to the Alliance or its Members in the adjustment of claims.
