Responsibility for Approving Work List. Tenant shall be responsible for ensuring that all elements of the design of the Tenant Improvement Work are suitable for Tenant’s use of the Premises, and neither the preparation nor the approval of the Work List by Landlord shall relieve Tenant from such responsibility.
