Work List. Subject to Section 2.7, Landlord shall perform Tenant Improvement Work in accordance with the following work list (for purposes of this Exhibit B, the “Work List”) using Building-standard methods, materials and finishes. ITEM
Work List. Upon satisfaction of the Landlord Electrical Work Conditions pursuant to Section 9.5 of Exhibit F, Landlord shall perform the Landlord Electrical Work in accordance with the following work list (the “Work List”) using Building-standard methods and materials: Install one (1) 40A 220V feed and one (1) 20A 110V feed for each of the two (2) EV Spaces (collectively, the “EV Space Feeds”).
Work List. Landlord at its sole cost and expense (subject to the terms and provisions of Section 2 below) shall perform improvements to the Premises in accordance with the space plan attached as Schedule 1 to this Workletter (the “Space Plan”), using Building standard methods, materials and finishes. The improvements to be performed in accordance with the Space Plan are hereinafter referred to as the “Landlord Work”. Landlord shall enter into a direct contract for the Landlord Work with a general contractor selected by Landlord. In addition, Landlord shall have the right to select and/or approve of any subcontractors used in connection with the Landlord Work.
Work List. XXXXX CREEK shall submit to XXXXXX COUNTY a list of streets to be resurfaced and/or detailed plans for construction projects.
Work List. A. Paint and install new VCT flooring in Quality Room as depicted on the Plans;
Work List. A. Replace all ceiling tiles in the Premises with second-look tiles so that all ceiling tiles will match.

Landlord shall perform improvements in Suites 400, 450 and 500 in accordance with the following work list (for purposes of this Exhibit A, the “Work List”) using Building-standard methods, materials and finishes. Remove the Premises’ interior stairway between the fourth and fifth floors and patch the floor.
Work List. This Exhibit is attached to and made a part of the Amendment dated as of April 11, 2001, by and between EOP-PERIMETER CENTER, L.L.C. (“Landlord”) and CRESCENT BANK AND TRUST COMPANY (“Tenant”) for space in the Building located at 000 Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx. As used in this Work List, the “Premises” shall be deemed to mean the Premises (i.e. the Current Premises less the Reduction Space, as defined in the attached Amendment.)
Work List. A. Replace the chain link fence at the top of the west stairs between the 2 suites comprising the Premises (the "West Stairs") with a sheetrock wall of appropriate height to meet the requirements of the Uniform Building Code.
