Responsibility for Costs. Supplier is responsible for all costs and expenses incurred in or incidental to the performance of Services, including all costs of any materials supplied by Supplier, all fees, fines, licenses, bonds, or taxes required of or imposed against Supplier, and all other of Supplier’s costs of doing business.
