Facility Costs Sample Clauses

Facility Costs. The costs for the payment of which the borrowing is being made are Facility Costs and payment of such costs is in accordance with the Facility Budget.
Facility Costs. As of each Funding Date, each PUMA Invoice delivered as of such date for the applicable Tranche is true, correct and complete, and the Facility Company will have paid, or caused to be paid, such PUMA Invoice.
Facility Costs. Ribapharm agrees to reimburse ICN for the actual costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) reasonably incurred by ICN in connection with the enforcement or attempted enforcement of, or the preservation or attempted preservation of, any of its rights under this Section 2. Facility Costs shall be subject to annual increases consistent with actual increases in charges that (i) GE or Xxxxx Xxxxxx is applying to other GE Entities or Xxxxx Xxxxxx Entities in the same facility or (ii) are being applied by GE or Xxxxx Xxxxxx to similar facilities across each of their businesses.
Facility Costs. As of an Initial Funding Date, each MESPSA Initial Invoice delivered as of such date for the applicable Tranche is true, correct and complete, and the Facility Company will have paid, or caused to be paid or otherwise provided for to the reasonable satisfaction of the Investor, such MESPSA Initial Invoice and any other applicable Facility Costs, other than those costs or expenses that are to be paid pursuant to Section 2.6. As of a True Up Funding Date, each MESPSA Final Invoice delivered as of such date for the applicable Tranche is true, correct and complete, and the Facility Company will have paid, or caused to be paid or otherwise provided for to the reasonable satisfaction of the Investor, the corresponding MESPSA Initial Invoice, such MESPSA Final Invoice and any other applicable Facility Costs.
Facility Costs. As of the Initial Funding Date, the MESPA Initial Invoice is true, correct and complete, and the Facility Company will have paid, or caused to be paid or otherwise provided for to the reasonable satisfaction of the Investor, the MESPA Initial Invoice and any other applicable Facility Costs, other than those costs or expenses that are to be paid pursuant to Section 2.6. As of the True Up Funding Date, the MESPA Final Invoice is true, correct and complete, and the Facility Company will have paid, or caused to be paid or otherwise provided for to the reasonable satisfaction of the Investor, the MESPA Initial Invoice, the MESPA Final Invoice and any other applicable Facility Costs.
Facility CostsConference room facilities must be arranged by the parties. Arbitrations typically are held at one of counsel’s offices. Should a third party facility become necessary, Xxxxxx Mediation can assist in locating a suitable facility; however, the facility fee will be the responsibility of the parties.
Facility CostsThe Contractor shall be responsible for maintaining facilities in support of the SSAB which include rent, computers, telephone, copier, supplies, and any other office related expenses.
Facility Costs. Costs for facilities included in this Plan were derived from the services of a qualified quantity surveyor as well as from Council’s experience of facility costs in other release areas. Assumptions used to derive estimated costs of facilities included in this Plan are detailed in Appendix A. At the time this Plan was prepared, the planning of facilities was carried out at a strategic level. That is there were few, if any, facility concept plans upon which estimated costs could be based. As a result, a contingency allowance equivalent to 7 percent of the base cost was added to all works included in this Plan (excluding land acquisition). For an item of work that is to be provided through a works-in-kind agreement or a planning agreement, the credit for the item will include any contingency amount provided for in the plan.
Facility Costs. Facility Costs shall be determined by the Administrative Board but may include costs of maintaining and operating the Central Garage facility and other sites identified in Exhibit C including but not limited to fair market value rent, utilities, tools and equipment necessary to provide the Fire Garage services.
