Responsibility for Customer Service Lines. The Trader must, subject to clause 29.1, include in each of its Customer Agreements a statement to the effect that it is the Customer's responsibility to maintain the Customer Service Lines in a safe condition using a suitably qualified person, except if, and to the extent that, the Distributor:
(a) is required by law to provide and maintain the Customer Service Lines; or
(b) has agreed with the Customer to maintain the Customer Service Lines.
