Common use of Responsibility for Errors Clause in Contracts

Responsibility for Errors. All Goods and Services shall be provided to the satisfaction of the County and as required herein. Upon request, the Contractor shall provide any clarifications and/or explanations regarding any Goods and Services provided as required by the County, at no cost to the County. In the event of noncompliance, error or omission under the Contract, the Contractor shall, at no cost to the County, provide all necessary design drawings, estimates, and all other services the County deems necessary to rectify and correct the matter to the satisfaction of the County. The Contractor shall continue to be responsible for the accuracy of Goods and Services, even after accepted by the County and the termination or expiration of the Contract.
