Responsibility for Funds. The Member Jurisdictions shall be responsible for the services provided through state or federal funds awarded to them under the Act. Repayment of any costs determined as disallowed to federal or state grants shall be made by each jurisdiction based upon the Member Jurisdiction’s pro rata share of funds provided under the Act.
