Member Jurisdictions definition

Member Jurisdictions means Columbus, Franklin County, Hilliard, Brown Township, Pleasant Township, Prairie Township and Washington Township. The following jurisdictions are eligible to become Member Jurisdictions upon adoption of the Big Darby Accord Plan by their governing body: Grove City, Village of Harrisburg, and Norwich Township. Member Jurisdictions means the members of the CVWMA including the Counties of Xxxxxxx City, Chesterfield, Goochland, Hanover, Henrico, New Kent, Powhatan and Prince Xxxxxx; the Cities of Colonial Heights, Hopewell, Petersburg, Richmond and the Town of Ashland.

Member Jurisdictions means the City and the County. “Participant” has the meaning set forth in Section 517 hereof.

• In the event a Juvenile from one of the Member Jurisdictions is placed by the Court in a secure detention facility and the Center is at capacity, the Commission shall be responsible for finding bed space for such Juvenile.

• Nothing in this Agreement authorizes the waiver of any Member Jurisdiction’s obligation to make payments when due of all monies required to be paid by the Member Jurisdictions under the terms of this Agreement.

• The Member Jurisdictions agree to provide reasonable assistance to the Commission in complying with any such requirements, and shall provide the Commission with any and all information that may be necessary to this regard.

• The only obligation of the Member Jurisdictions to pay for the establishment, operation or maintenance of the Center arises out of this Agreement.

• Any Member Jurisdiction may withdraw from membership in the Commission by resolution or ordinance of its governing body; however, other than as set forth in Section 2.3, no Member Jurisdiction shall be permitted to withdraw from the Commission after any Obligations have been incurred and are outstanding except by unanimous vote of all Member Jurisdictions.

Member Jurisdictions means the Counties of Buchanan, Dickenson, Lee, Russell, Scott, Smyth, Tazewell, Washington, and Wise and the Cities of Norton and Bristol, each a political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and such other political subdivision or subdivisions joining the Authority as provided in Section 5.7 but excluding any political subdivisions that may have withdrawn from the Authority as provided in Section 5.8.

Member Jurisdictions means the Counties of Charles City, Caroline, Essex, Gloucester, Hanover, James City, King and Queen, King William, Lancaster, Mathews, Middlesex, New Kent, Northumberland, Richmond, Westmoreland, and York, and the Cities of Poquoson and Williamsburg each a political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Member Jurisdictions means the County of Augusta, the City of Staunton, the City of Waynesboro, the City of Harrisonburg and the County of Rockingham, each a political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and any other political subdivision joining the Authority as provided in Section 6.7 but excluding any political subdivision that may have withdrawn from the Authority, as provided in Section 6.8.

Member Jurisdictions means the County of Stafford, Virginia, the County of Prince William, Virginia and the City of Fredericksburg, Virginia.

Member Jurisdictions means Arlington County, the City of Alexandria, Fairfax County, and the City of Falls Church, Virginia; the District of Columbia; and Montgomery County and Prince Georges County, Maryland. It is anticipated that Prince George’s County, Maryland will join Capital Bikeshare in 2018 and the City of Falls Church, Virginia in 2018/2019. Throughout this RFP, the term “Member Jurisdictions” refers to the entire group making a decision cooperatively, unless “Member Jurisdictions individually” is specified.
