Responsibility for Live Show Content. All Live Show Content is the Customer’s sole responsibility and the responsibility of the persons from which such Live Show Content originates. Bambuser shall have no responsibility or liability for the deletion or failure to store any Live Show Content. To the extent permissible per applicable law, the Live Show Content including any generated reports shall be the property of the Customer.
