Third Party Compliance. When you use the Service it is your responsibility to comply with any rules imposed by any third party whose content or service you access using the Service or whose network your data traverses.

Third Party Compliance. Licensee shall assure compliance with this Agreement by any third-party manufacturer or distributor of Finished Products, and guarantees performance of and payment under Company's General Purchase Agreement by any manufacturer which has purchased Licensed Product from Company for the manufacture of Finished Products under contract with Licensee;
Third Party Compliance. The Host City shall ensure that all members of its staff, representatives as well as any third party appointed by the Host City, who are involved in the use, or proposed use, of the Host City Composite Logo, the Competition Design, the Official Designation or the Official Slogan as well as, if applicable, any other Competition Marks on any advertising material or Premiums are made aware of, and agree to fully comply with, the restrictions set out in this Host City Agreement and the Host City Marks Guidelines, in particular the obligation to obtain FIFA’s prior written approval for any use of such marks.
Third Party Compliance. Fulfillment of this Agreement is contingent upon compliance with the obligations of third parties reference herein, and upon the failure of a third party or parties to fulfill its obligations, this Agreement may be terminated by either the Developer, the City, or both.

Customer shall require all third party suppliers to comply with Supplier's reasonable requirements regarding operations, data center standards, confidentiality and security to the extent applicable and necessary. The Customer shall ensure that all Live Show Participants, prior to participating in a live show provided by way of the Bambuser Solution are required to accept usage restrictions that are consistent with, and no less protective than those set forth in Section 5.2 (‘Usage restrictions’).

A party disclosing the other party’s Confidential Information under clause 11.2 will procure that each person to whom it discloses that Confidential Information is made aware of the confidential nature of the Confidential Information and will not do or omit to do anything which if done or omitted to be done by that party would be a breach of this clause 11.

CCN Group Limited agrees to comply with the terms of this Agreement, agrees to cause all entities included within the definition of CCNMS to comply with the terms of this Agreement. and hereby guarantees the performance of all obligations required of CCNMS and such affiliates. 14.

Client is responsible for compliance by it and its Permitted Users with the terms and conditions of each third party who provides any Third Party Service in connection with this Schedule, and will be liable to such third party(ies) for any failure by Client any of its Affiliate(s) (if applicable), and any of its Permitted Users to comply with such third-party terms and conditions.
