Common use of RESPONSIBILITY FOR PROJECT Clause in Contracts

RESPONSIBILITY FOR PROJECT. The Municipality acknowledges and agrees that the Municipality, as opposed to UCPR, is solely responsible for the undertaking, implementation, completion, operation and/or maintenance of any Project to which Funds are directed. The Municipality further agrees that the Municipality will not seek to hold UCPR responsible for the undertaking, implementation, completion, operation and/or maintenance of any Project to which Funds are directed through recourse to a third party, court, tribunal or arbitrator.
