Common use of RESPONSIBILITY FOR PROJECT Clause in Contracts

RESPONSIBILITY FOR PROJECT. The Recipient acknowledges and agrees that the Recipient, as opposed to Ontario, is solely responsible for the undertaking, implementation, completion, operation and/or maintenance of the Project. The Recipient further agrees that the Recipient will not seek to hold Ontario responsible for the undertaking, implementation, completion, operation and/or maintenance of the Project through recourse to a third party, court, tribunal or arbitrator.
