Responsibility for Shared Unit Facilities. All residents occupying a room or unit are jointly and severally responsible for items missing from, cleaning to, or damages caused to, the Shared Unit Facilities within the room or unit, which include, but are not necessarily limited to, the kitchen(ette), bathroom, and living space.
