Responsibility for Successful Respondent Personnel. (a) Successful Respondent’s employees, agents or Subcontractors shall be paid exclusively by Successful Respondent for all Services performed. Successful Respondent is responsible for and must comply with all requirements and obligations related to such employees, agents, or Subcontractors under local, State, or Federal law, including minimum wage, social security, unemployment insurance, State and Federal income tax, and workers' compensation obligations.
