RESPONSIBILITY IN CASE OF INJURY. In case of injury of carrier’s employees / crews inside the plant premises, carrier will ensure proper treatment of injured person, failing which ISRPL reserves the right to provide medical treatment to injured persons in hospital and realize the same from carrier.
