Common use of Responsibility to Data Contributors Clause in Contracts

Responsibility to Data Contributors. You acknowledge that CareConnect makes Data available from many different parties, including the Data Contributors, and each Data Contributor has agreed to make its Data accessible through CareConnect under the terms of this Agreement. By accessing CareConnect, You represent to and agree with each of the Data Contributors that You will abide by the terms of this Agreement and that each of the Data Contributors has the same rights and remedies against You as set out in this Agreement.
