Rest Period Following Callback. In cases where an employee is required to perform callback work beyond 2:00 am, that employee shall be entitled to, for the duration of time he/ she worked after 2:00 am, delay the start of his/ her next scheduled shift by the same length of time provided that the next scheduled shift was to begin before 11:00 am on the same day and provided there are sufficient qualified staff to do the work required.
