Paid Rest Periods. All Employees shall be given a paid rest period of fifteen (15) minutes in the first and second half of their daily shift in an area made available by the Employer. If mutually agreed to between the parties, the two (2) rest periods shall be combined.

Paid Rest Periods. An employee working a seven (7) hour shift shall be permitted a rest period of fifteen (15) consecutive minutes in the first half and in the second half of the shift. This would not preclude any employee combining the two (2) fifteen (15) minute rest periods, where mutually agreeable and operationally practical.
Paid Rest Periods. All employees shall be granted a fifteen (15) minute paid rest period during each four (4) hours of work. This rest period shall occur at the approximate midpoint of each four (4) hours of work, whenever possible, barring emergency.
