Common use of Rest Period Prior to Departure Clause in Contracts

Rest Period Prior to Departure. There shall be an interval of at least eleven (11) hours between the final curtain, on any one night, and the call for the next day's travel. In the case of consecutive days being completely devoted to travel with no performance, there shall be an interval of at least twelve (12) hours between the termination of one day's journey and the beginning of the following day's journey.
