Restaurant Manager. At all times during the Term of each Unit Addendum, Franchisee must appoint and employ at least one (1) Restaurant Manager for each Franchised Restaurant who shall be responsible for the direct, personal day-to-day supervision of the Franchised Restaurant.

Restaurant Manager. Concurrently with the execution of this Agreement, Franchisee must designate and retain at all times a sufficient number of Restaurant Managers who satisfy Franchisor’s educational, experience, financial and other reasonable criteria for such position, as set forth in the Manuals or otherwise in writing by Franchisor. At least one (1) Restaurant Manager must be present at the Restaurant during all hours of operation to ensure that the Restaurant is at all times under the direct supervision of Restaurant Managers, who will report to the Restaurant General Manager.
