Restaurant Manager. Concurrently with the execution of this Agreement, Franchisee must designate and retain at all times a sufficient number of Restaurant Managers who satisfy Franchisor’s educational, experience, financial and other reasonable criteria for such position, as set forth in the Manuals or otherwise in writing by Franchisor. At least one (1) Restaurant Manager must be present at the Restaurant during all hours of operation to ensure that the Restaurant is at all times under the direct supervision of Restaurant Managers, who will report to the Restaurant General Manager.
Restaurant Manager. There will be only one (1) person in this position. This person will hire and schedule all employees working in the Café Laurel, Terrace, Room Service and Sunday Brunch areas; will remain responsible for training and evaluation of departmental employees and the financial success of this Department, including cost control efforts; will continue to work no more than four (4) shifts per week on the floor as Host.
