Should the Contractor cease to exist as a legal entity, the Contractor’s records pertaining to this Contract shall be forwarded to the surviving entity in a merger or acquisition or, in the event of liquidation, to the County’s Project Manager.
The County’s Project Manager shall notify the Contractor in writing of such action.
