Restoration by the Airlines. If the Authority fails or chooses not to commence or complete any Restoration required to be undertaken by the Lessee, which the Authority would be entitled to undertake by exercising its rights under Section 13.3(b) of the Lease Agreement, the Airlines, upon approval by an Airline MII, may, but shall not be required to, enter the relevant Airport facilities and each and every part thereof as necessary, at any reasonable time and upon reasonable prior notice to the Lessee, and complete such Restoration at the Lessee’s expense and shall be entitled to be paid for out of the Restoration Funds for the relevant Restoration costs incurred by such Airlines.
