Restoration Cost-Share Agreements. For restoration 10-year cost-share agreement enrollments, a local NRCS representative will contact the landowner to confirm that the landowner wishes to continue with the enrollment process. If so, NRCS will set up an appointment to begin the process of completing the final 10-year restoration plan.
